Local-first desktop app
A local-first social agency scoring app for notes
A local-first scoring app for reading notes through social agency, strategy, governance, and meaning signals.
Lotus belongs on the site because it shows a more operational side of the practice: not just interpretation or governance language, but a working local-first app for handling live note material.
Inside the Agency repository, Lotus now stands on its own rather than as a mixed workspace beside other app ideas. It accepts Markdown and text uploads, scores them across agency, strategic, governance, operational, creative, and meaning-oriented dimensions, and keeps the review loop local to the user’s machine.
The right framing for now is modest and concrete. This is a working local-first desktop app with a compatible CLI and lightweight localhost web surface in the same repository. It is not a SaaS product and it is not being presented here as one. The martin.govern-ai.ca presence should act as a clear public pointer to the project and its source, while the app itself remains honest about being local-first software.
