This project is presented as a teaser for a longer manuscript rather than a finished publication. The title already carries the central argument: AI anxiety is being read through governance, recursion, and the conditions under which control or intelligibility begin to fray.
That framing makes it a strong fit for the site. It speaks directly to the governance practice while preserving the experimental and manuscript-stage character of the work.
